Provides strategic counsel, planning and team management. Supports the growth and retention of FGM’s community of fund creators. Coordinates special projects. Ensures that FGM maintains its profile as a leader in the philanthropic sector.
Collaborates in the planning, development and implementation of strategies relating to philanthropic development and fund creation. Establishes and manages a portfolio of fund creators, and promotes both philanthropy and FGM to them. Is responsible for implementing a program of recognition and engagement for donors and fund creators.
Provides administrative and logistical support to the entire FGM team and some committees, greets visitors, manages meeting room bookings as well as material procurement.
Provides all necessary assistance for accounting and finance operations; ensures that data management systems for accounting and finance function and correlate properly with information systems, participates in the assessment and implementation of the service’s accounting, finance and administrative processes.
Responsible for managing the Foundation’s media relations and digital communications outlets such as the website, newsletters and social media. Handles the majority of FGM’s written content like presentations, speeches and messages from the President and CEO, selected publications and other documents and correspondence.
Responsible for strategic initiatives and collaborations with a view to increase the Foundation’s reach and impact in the community. Oversees the management of granting programs, philanthropic practices and the deployment of FGM’s JEDI Action Plan (justice, equity, diversity and inclusion) as well as its Roadmap towards Reconciliation with the First Peoples. Coordinates different operational aspects of the Foundation’s work and supports the management of human resources.
Responsible for the operational management of financial, material, and human resources.
Acts as a resource person for all financial and administrative matters.
Main contact for organizations that are creating funds as part of public or private matching programs. Supports fund creation through those programs, abiding by their rules and regulations and pursuing the best investment strategies for each organization. Supports and informs them through changes within the programs or opportunities for non-program fund creation. Supports and implements attraction and retention strategies for the stewardship of fund creators.
Actively contributes to the development and management of FGM’s granting programs and to the upholding of its relations with social and environmental actors in the community. Through her knowledge and her expertise, supports and contributes to the ongoing development of the Foundation’s approaches towards JEDI (justice, equity, diversity and inclusion) and reconciliation.
Is responsible for FGM’s legal affairs (analysis, interpretation, drafting or review of various contracts, reports, by-laws, policies and legal documents) and for Corporate Secretary duties (organizing meetings of the Board and its committees, drafting minutes of meetings, and ensuring followup on matters decided at Board meetings).

Tasked with processing deposit and withdrawal transactions in philanthropic funds, and managing various accounting operations related to data entry and financial transactions according to established procedures and timetables.
Collaborates with the philanthropic development team in matters relating to organizations that receive funding; responds to general requests conveyed to the team by community organizations; follows through on requests for payment of grants.
Principal spokesperson for the Foundation, leads its team and operations. In collaboration with the Board of Directors, sets its global strategies.
