Marina Boulos-Winton has more than 20 years’ experience in the management of non-profit organizations. Marina began her career in Montreal as executive director of organizations including Tel-Aide and Le Bon Dieu dans la rue. Philanthropy later brought her to New York, where she worked for organizations including YWCA of the USA, the national “I Have a Dream®” Foundation and the High Water Women Foundation. Marina is a graduate of McGill University, with a B.A. in psychology and a graduate diploma in applied management. She is President CEO of the Foundation of Greater Montreal (FGM) since July 2009 and is on the Board of Directors of the Community Foundations of Canada. Marina is a member of the Association of Québec Women in Finance, the Association of Fundraising Professionals, the Canadian Association of Gift Planners, the Board of Trade of Metropolitan Montreal and the International Women’s Forum. Marina has two children aged of 10 and 12. She is also a mentor to a student at McGill University who is a Loran Scholar, a scholarship recipient granted by The Canadian Merit Scholarship Foundation.

Diane Bertrand has worked at the Foundation of Greater Montreal since its founding in 1999. Before joining the FGM, Diane worked at UNICEF as a youth program director and for SOCODEVI in West Africa.

Hélène Latreille has more than twenty years of experience acting in the sectors of Trust and Investments and extensive participation in philanthropy. She has given many conferences on the subjects of Trusts and Philanthropy, including Major and Planned giving. She was governor of Leucan and acted as volunteer in major and planned giving for several foundations. She has held the positions of Senior Advisor for Trust and Investment, and she was appointed Vice-president of Development of two major Investment Firms. She has worked for Royal Trust, Royal Bank Financial Group, CIBC Financial Planning, T.A.L. Private Management Limited and Lombard Odier Darier Hentcsh. She is a member of STEP ¨Society of Trust and Estate Practioners ¨.

Teresa Pacheco is a chartered accountant and holds an MBA degree. She worked for more than 30 years in large government-owned corporations as a manager in various financial departments. She was a member of a pension committee for more than 10 years and of school advisory committee five years. She presently sits on the board of a non-profit organization providing services to mentally challenged people. She is a member of the Committee for CAs in business committee of the Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec.

Chantal Vinette has more than 10 years’ experience in communications and marketing. She has worked for advertising agencies such as Cossette and Sid Lee, and in various companies, accumulating skills in media relations, marketing and communications activity management, sponsorship and event management, partnership development, and project financing. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the Université du Québec à Montréal and an advanced graduate diploma in cultural organization management from HEC Montréal.
