Incentive is good news for donors and local charities

 Montreal, July 25, 2006 - In the June 29, 2006 Information Bulletin 2006-2, the Ministère des Finances du Québec announces the harmonization to certain measures of the federal budget of May 2, 2006. One of the measures retained was "the elimination of capital gains tax resulting from a gift of publicly-listed securities and ecologically sensitive land (BR 18)."
