In the interest of transparency, the FGM's portfolio is managed by objective, independent, and paid professionals. These managers are subject to the standards of conduct established by the orders and corporations to which they belong, and they answer to an investment committee chosen by the FGM board of directors.

Moreover, to ensure the due and proper election of competent, independent administrators who represent the interests of the FGM's beneficiaries, the FGM has set up a nomination committee composed of a cross-section of society.
