She then worked to an IT firm. Lise has served on various boards of directors and is a member of the Union des artistes.

Diana Chelot is a graduate of HEC Montréal with a degree in management and accounting. Prior to joining the Foundation of Greater Montréal, she worked for a community organization before moving to the accounting firm Deloitte, first as a technician for its global employer services and later as senior accountant for Deloitte Private.

Mélanie Cyr has close to 15 years of experience in administration, particularly in customer service and administrative support. Prior to her arrival at the Foundation, Mélanie worked for bankruptcy trustees, as well as for a financial services firm.

Marion Daul holds a master's degree in communication and multimedia. She began her career in France, where she worked in various industries as a project manager and as a communications officer. After moving to Québec, she worked mostly for non-profits before joining FGM.

After earning his master's degree in political science, Simon Delorme worked for the federal public service. He then moved to municipal politics, where he was a liaison officer for three years before joining the FGM team.

Fabiola Existe spent eight years in the banking industry, specifically in customer service and team management, before her arrival at the Foundation. Her academic credentials include accounting studies at HEC Montréal.

Marie-Andrée Farmer has been working in the field of philanthropy for 15 years, mostly in corporate community support. She also worked as a consultant for nonprofits, notably in strategic planning and fundraising. She holds degrees from UQÀM in business administration and tourism, as well as social responsability for organizations.

Catherine Fisette holds a master's and bachelor's degree in political science. After seven years as a political advisor at the Quebec National Assembly, she became Director of Government Relations for a Quebec public affairs firm. She subsequently served as Director of Public Affairs and Communications at various non-profits and social economy organizations.

Tasha Lackman holds three undergraduate degrees: in law and social work (McGill University), and environmental studies (University of Waterloo). Prior to her arrival at FGM, she was Associate Director of Strategic Initiatives at McGill University. A specialist in business law, Tasha was named Young Bar of Montreal Lawyer of the Year in 2013 and ranks among Montréal's Top 20 real estate lawyers. She worked for over 12 years for the law firm Fasken, where she rose to the rank of partner. Tasha founded and directed the yoga school Fertilité, posture de l'enfant. 

Over the years, she has been involved in Oxfam-Québec, the Girls Action Foundation, the YMCAs of Quebec, the Montreal Real Estate Foundation for Kids and the MUHC Foundation. Until her appointment as Vice President, she served on the FGM Board and Community Engagement Committee.

Hélène Latreille has more than 30 years of experience in finance, more specifically in trusts and asset management.  During the course of her career, she has served as Senior Advisor, Trust and Investment, for Royal Trust and CIBC Financial Planning, as Training Coordinator at Royal Bank Financial Group, and as Vice President at T.A.L. Private Wealth Limited and Lombard Odier Darier Hentsch.

She has been a volunteer advisor for many charitable organizations and is regularly invited to speak and deliver workshops on the various ways to integrate philanthropy into financial and estate planning.

Hélène sits on the executive committee of the Montréal chapter of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), an international association with more than 20,000 members in 96 countries.

Patricia worked in the United Kingdom in program management for sustainable tourism, prior to heading for Cirque du Soleil’s headquarters, where she was Principal Advisor for Social Impact, working in community relations and supporting the use of creativity and the arts as tools for social intervention. Patricia is currently working on her Master’s in Management, Social and Environmental responsibility.

Karel Mayrand was Director General, Quebec and Atlantic Canada, of the David Suzuki Foundation from 2008 to 2020, and Chair of the Board of Directors of the Al Gore’s Climate Reality Project for Canada. He is also Vice-President of the Société du Parc Jean-Drapeau. Over the years, he has advised several governments, as well as agencies of the United Nations, in the area of sustainable development. He is the author of Une voix pour la Terre, published in 2012 and co-author of Demain, le Québec, published by Éditions La Presse in 2018.

Lara Pazzi holds a master's degree in Urban Studies from INRS – Urbanisation Culture Société Research Centre in Montréal, as well as a bachelor's degree in Geographical Sciences from the University of Milan. Fascinated by the community intervention and the philanthropic action, Lara then studied at Université de Montréal, in order to obtain her D.E.S.S in social administration field in 2018.

Aïcha Ali Taïga holds two master's degrees, in business law and contract law, and has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 2014. After having started her career in real estate law, she worked in the field of aeronautics, where she managed contracts and compliance and was a member of the Women in Aerospace committee in Quebec. She is involved with the Maison Marguerite organization, as secretary of the Board of Directors.
