Between 2004 and 2013, Yvan Gauthier was CEO of the Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec (CALQ) a major government organization. Under his leadership, the CALQ won the first Prix du rayonnement international for its Studios et résidences program and the third Prix Fonction publique for its Mécénat Placements culture program both awarded by the Institut d’administration publique du Québec in 2010.

Prior to that, Yvan Gauthier had held senior management positions with the Conseil des métiers d'art du Québec, the Regroupement Loisir Québec, and the Ve Biennale internationale des villes d’hiver as part of the 350th anniversary of the City of Montréal. He has also been president of a number of Québec and Canadian organizations and groups. Mr. Gauthier has completed the requirements for a Master’s degree in economic history and holds a Bachelor’s degree in cultural animation from the UQAM.

Passionate about humanitarian work, Diane Bertrand started in field community relations in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, between 1988 and 1991 while working for the Société de coopération et de développement international (SOCODEVI) as a project coordinator in West Africa. Back in Canada in 1992, she joined UNICEF where she worked as Director of the Youth Program and Director of Volunteer Resources before joining the founding team of the Foundation of Greater Montréal in 2001.

Hélène Latreille has more than 25 years of experience in finance, notably in the trust and asset management sectors. During the course of her career, she has held positions that include Senior Advisor, Trust and Investment for respected firms Royal Trust and CIBC Financial Planning; Training Coordinator at Royal Bank Financial Group; and Vice-President at both T.A.L. Private Wealth Limited and Lombard Odier Darier Hentsch.

Long interested in philanthropic initiatives, Hélène has acted as a volunteer advisor for many charitable organizations, including a number of private foundations of her own clients while working in the asset management sector. As a speaker, she has held a number of talks and training sessions on the use of trusts and ways of integrating philanthropy into financial and estate planning. 

Hélène is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), a prestigious international association with more than 17,000 members in 66 countries. She also sits on the executive committee of the association’s Montreal chapter. She joined the Foundation of Greater Montreal in 2012.

Lise Charbonneau has more than 25 years of experience in the field of Finance and Accounting. In particular, she has been working at Le Portage – An Organization that aims at social reinsertion of those with addictions. She has also been working for 6 years for Versalys Inc, (formerly Québectel-Zenon), an IT and automation company.

Lise Charbonneau has always been involved in community engagement, especially as a Board member of the Fondation de l’école Félix-Leclerc et Altergo. Passionate music lover and opera singer (mezzo), she is a member of the Union des Artistes. Soloist, Lise Charbonneau has been a member of the St. Lambert Choral Society and sang for the The Montreal West-End Operatic Society. She appreciates the Bel Canto.
Corinne Adelakoun Corinne Adelakoun

As a seasoned communications professional and passionate social advocate, Corinne Adélakoun brings a wide breadth of expertise to the Foundation of Greater Montreal team, having previously worked in public and private sectors and not-for-profit organizations. With more than ten years’ experience in the field, Corinne has held several senior communications roles, including Director of Communications for The Caregivers Network, Communications Officer at SDC Fleury and Communications Officer at the Montreal Sacré-Coeur Hospital Foundation. Before this, she was an independent communications consultant for various organizations. Corinne has a Master's degree in Political Science and Communications from UQAM, and a Bachelor's in Communications from the University of Montreal.

Her personal motto: Within the communications revolution lies infinite possibilities; may we continue to explore and enjoy them all.
Marie-Pier LépineMarie-Pier Lépine, LL.B.

Marie-Pier Lépine obtained her law degree at the University of Montréal in 2013. After beginning her career in civil litigation, Marie-Pier joined the Foundation of Greater Montréal in 2015. She administers government partnerships within the FGM, such as Mécénat Placements Culture, Patrimoine canadien and Placements Sports.

Marie-Pier Lépine is a member of the Quebec Bar and the Young Bar Association of Montréal (YBAM). She acts as a volunteer lawyer for a consumer rights organization and also gives her time to a mentoring organization. During her studies, Mrs. Lépine was an active volunteer within the University of Montréal’s Faculty of Law and for a national literacy organization.
Charlène PetitCharlène Petit

Charlène holds a bachelor's degree in Art History and a master's degree in Management of cultural organizations and events both obtained in France. Charlène has more than 5 years’ experience in the management and coordination of cultural and event projects.

Graduated in 2015 from the Certificate in Philanthropic Management at the Université de Montréal, Charlène undertook a reconversion in the field of generosity, a value she has always cultivated in her professional and volunteer implications.

Before joining the Foundation of Greater Montréal in 2017, Charlène spent a year and a half in the fundraising consultation at Épisode.

She has been a member of the Board of Directors of Le Clou Theater since 2016.

Lara Pazzi possesses a master's degree in Urban Studies, obtained at the Institut National de la Recherche Scientifique – Urbanisation Culture Société Research Centre, in Montréal. This master diploma follows upon a bachelor degree in Geographical Sciences of the University of Milan. Fascinated for a long time by the community intervention and the philanthropic action, Lara studies at the University of Montréal, in order to obtain her D.E.S.S in social administration field.
Diana ChelotDiana Chelot

Diana Chelot obtained her Bachelor degree in management, Accounting major from HEC Montréal in 2016. During her studies, she received numerous distinctions highlighting the excellence of her academic experience.

Before joining the Foundation of Greater Montréal (FGM), she worked for 3 years at Educ’Alcool, an organization which aims at improving Quebeckers’ relations with alcohol. She then acquired more than 5 years’ experience with Deloitte, firstly as a technician for the firm’s Global employer services and later as senior accountant in the Private company services.

Community action being at the center of her values, she is proud to use her skills for the benefit of the FGM.
Fabiola Existe Fabiola Existe

With over 8 years' experience in banking – more specifically in customer service and team management -, Fabiola wanted to apply her skills in the service of others. “I find it highly stimulating to work within an organization that offers support to local entities that tackle various development issues. Moreover, I share with the Foundation the value of solidarity.” In parallel to her work at the FGM, Fabiola is also pursuing her studies in Accounting at HEC Montréal.
